We took Darling Daughter to her first concert this weekend...the Memphis in May Sunset Symphony, the oldest Memphis in May event {and my personal favorite}.
We spread out a blanket, brought the lawn chairs, and had a picnic alongside the Mississippi River with Tootsie and Pop and a couple thousand other Memphians.
She really wanted some diet coke, bad. And I wanted more pictures, bad.
But, my camera battery died after this shot. Luckily, we had our Flip on hand.

As the sun set, we danced the night away to KC & the Sunshine Band and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra.
